Mid-Sixties

I found out today that in the entire 2013 year, we received only five-something inches of rain (considerably below average, which is maybe 19-20″per year). I see in the forecast that, while pretty, these clouds mean nothing. Sunshine and mid-sixties for the next week. Mid-sixties. January.

In addition to your “wry” comments in your blog I love your photos! 60’s in January! We are in Western Wyoming for a ski weekend. We have high, gloomy clouds and a stiff wind which strangely enough is warm…a chinook? Our temp is in the 30’s which is pretty warm for here. Our motel closed. We were told it was due to a foreclosure. We also heard there was a new owner. Each room had an unobstructed view of the Tetons. We will miss that.
